Tried calling the customer service number...worthless. Manual only provides setup but no troubleshooting...worthless. Apparently Amcrest thinks they can sell a product w/o customer support......Well they can... It's just that they will only have a "first time buyer" but not a repeat customer. Going with another manufacturer and this Amcrap unit is on a one way trip to the trash can. BOODBYE Amcrest!
